Saudi Arabia: Save Hussein Abo al-Kheir

Urgent: Hussein is a torture survivor who could be executed any day now.

Hussein Abo al-Kheir is a Jordanian father of eight who was tortured by Saudi authorities in 2014 and forced to ‘confess’ to smuggling drugs.

In 2018, Saudi leaders promised reform in how it used the death penalty, restricting its use to the most serious crimes. But the Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia upheld Hussein’s death sentence in September 2019, relying heavily on the ‘confession’ he made under torture.

Hussein could be killed any day now for what he confessed to under torture.

Add your name to call for Hussein’s retrial without the possibility of a death sentence or use of his so-called ‘confession’ given under torture.

Are you sure? The more people who support our campaigns, the more power we have to work with decision makers to end the death penalty and resentence people already sentenced to death.Choose 'Yes' to get emails - you can unsubscribe at any time.
